Ije Africa
Category-Creating Brand & GTM Architecture
The Context
Ije serves mission-driven organizations and businesses in Nigeria. The venture had accumulated capabilities, service ideas and proof, but needed a sharper strategic choice, category language and an operating architecture that could make the business legible and scalable.
The Constraint
A broad "branding and marketing" description would make Ije interchangeable with agencies. The venture needed to own a specific problem, connect diagnosis to delivery, define buyer paths and coordinate brand, offers, pricing, proof and activation.
My Role & Scope
- Synthesized market, industry, capability, value-chain, growth and scenario analyses.
- Defined the Brand-Power Gap category and focused-differentiation choice.
- Built identity, audience, positioning, narrative, message and visual systems.
- Designed the offer ladder, buyer path, pricing logic and 90-day operating architecture.
